Is there somebody travelling from Bulgaria to Poland by car around
18-21 August 2009 and who could take me?

you can also use german services like:
www.mfz.de
www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de
and combine the routes :)
For example:
Bulgaria-Berlin , Berlin-Poland
Bulgaria-Munich , Munich-Poland

It depends on, what is your destination in PL

OT: i know one Bulgarian who HAD a polish girlfriend :)

I think people who can take you are now in Bulgaria, on the beach.
There you should seek :-)

Return journey may be a little problem.
