     1,440 minutes in one day
     525,600 minutes in one year
     2,628,000 minutes in five years
     5,256,000 minutes in ten years
     7,884,000 minutes in 15 years
     10,512,000 minutes in 20 years
     13,140,000 minutes in 25 years

     How do I, or how have I, used these minutes in my life?

     In a minute a life begins. Also, we must remember, in a minute
life can end.

     In between these two minutes, much can happen, even to the point
of changing the course of the physical, mental and moral lives of
millions of people.

     Every moment of every day has a reason for it, and will be
accountable to God, because of the importance of human life and the
Soul He placed within it.

     Sleep nourishes the body with mental, emotional and physical
strength.

     Food nourishes the body in the same manner.

     School, work, activities that stimulate and/or use the mental
acumen and physical abilities, have a responsibility that is not always
recognized as just a physical and/or mental norm to be concerned about,
or to use as the main purpose of life, because everything an individual
does, is involved in, has a direct effect on the Soul.

     Morality that is expressed as sound moral values, sound moral
standards, is basically the foundation for the goal of human life,
Sainthood.

     In one minute a venial sin, or even a mortal sin can be committed.

     In one minute the course of a life can change.

     In one minute a violent storm, earthquake, fire, or some unseen
disaster can change the course of many lives.

     DON'T EVER UNDERESTIMATE THIS PRECIOUS GIFT OF A MINUTE, BECAUSE
OF THE IMPORTANCE AND POWER IN ONE MINUTE."
