Od jakiegoś czasu obserwuje sobie poczynania pewnego oszusta ukrywajacego sie pod tym mailem Czy ktoś moze miał już z nim kontakt? Jaki numer stosuje? Na zmarłego brata z niemiec czy na wyjazd do USA? Od pewnego czasu (zresztą całkowicie przypadkowo się na to natknąłem) znalazłe dziwnie okazyjne ogłoszenia, np. Mercedes S320 CDI z 2005, przebieg 30000 km w idelanym stanie za 11.000 Euro. Okazało się że była to oferta autokomisu który miał takich okazji mnóstwo. Jednak kontakt miał odbywać sie nie poprzez formularz lub telefon a jedynie przez maila podanego na zdjęciu auta. Oczywiście kazde auto było sfotografowane gdzie indziej a zazwyczaj po kilku przóbach kontaktowania się poprzez telefon lub formularz ogłoszenia naagle znikały, po czym po kilku godzinach pojawiały się na stronie innego komisu. Od kilku tygodni dzieje się tak non stop. Wczoraj miał ofertę w Stutgarcie, dzisiaj w Monachium itd... Niestety nie dostałem od niego odpowiedzi jeszcze. O tym że jest to oszustwo jestem przekonany na 100% natomiast ciekaw jestem jaki trik stosuje. Ja spotkałem się z dwoma: 1. Brat mi zmarł w niemczech i wyprzedaję rzeczy po nim, a ze jestem obywatelem Anglii lub Australii to niepotrzebuje tego auta i dlatego chcę go sprzedać za tak male pieniądze. Oczywiście kasę proszę mi przesłać Western Union i dopiero wtedy oglądać aut :) 2. Wyjeżdżam do pracy w USA i z tego powodu chce sprzedać okazyjnie moje auto. Proponuję ECO-Trust czyli pan wpłaca mi pieniądze na konto tej firmy, ale dopóki ja nie dostarczę towaru to nie mogę ich podjąc. Teoretycznie wszystko jest ok, ale auto może przyjechać w zaplombowanym kontenerze, a wtedy musimy podpisać odbiór przed otwarciem. A to oznacza że możemy się stać posiadaczami wyjątkowo drogiej palety cegieł :) Oto przykładowy mail :) Good afternoon , Since I'm in Ireland I arranged the perfect transaction for both parties. Sam ten fragment jest tak oczywisty (wielkie litery, zapewnianie, wykrzykniki), że nawet kompletny debil nie znający nawet średnio dobrze angielskiego powinien dostrzeć, że to podejrzana sprawa. Zawsze śmieszy mnie to, że ci debile nie zdają sobie sprawy z tego, że pisanie wielkimi literami i zapewnianie to pierwsza rzecz, która na dzień dobry odstrzasza kupujących. A nie daj Boże wyrazić przy takim jakieś obawy. Wtedy tym bardziej na człowieka bluzga i jest oburzony "insynuacjami", im większym jest oszustem. Zresztą, zawsze złodziej najgłośniej krzyczy, że kradną. Swoją drogą, warto spojrzeć na tę prawdę przez pryzmat polityki ... ;-)

Niestety oferta na mobile nie jest wiążąca prawnie stad oszust bezkarny. Ale ten oszust nie jest jedyny na mobilku jest ich więcej. Częśc kontakt ma telefoniczny można porozmawiać tylko to prepaid (udało mi sie sprawdzić dzięki znajomej ) i przelew na konto w szwajcarii- oczywiście przez ECO-T. A tak poza tym skoro ci oszuści są to i są ich klienci na tym mobilku. Jeszcze jedna rzecz to mobile schodzi na psy niestety. Coraz częściej widzę jak komisy prowadzone uczciwie piszą w ofertach (kein UE -import).

Ależ niekoniecznie. On korzysta z cudzych kont na mobile w celu wystawienia oferty. Tu właśnie mam wątpliwości czy on się włamuje na te konta czy raczej udostępnia ktos mu hasła do tych kont- np włąścicel komisu mówiąc że pracownik ktoy włapśnie odszedł podaoł hasla oszustowi? ł hasła Nie jestem informatykiem więc nie wiem czy można jakoś zrobić tak żeby zamiast strony komisu wyświetlała się strona tego gościa .Ale jak znam niemców to gdyby się włamywał to by go już capnęli bo na pewno jakiś niemiaszek już by to na policję zgłosił. A! Zapomniałbym. Udało mi się zainteresować tą sprawą policję.Facet nawet jest ze mną w stałym kontakcie. Gdyby więcej ludzi nie pozwalało na takie oszustwa to by ich nie było. Ja tak samo miałem z AUDI A8L 4.2 TDI 12/2005 20300 euro. Mail podany na zdjęciu napisałem w odpowiedzi dostałem IDENTYCZNY tekst jak kolega wyżej kilka pozycji czyli ze pracował w niemczech wraca teraz do anglii ale tam ciężko mus ie jezdzi samochodem z kierą po lewej stronie i sprzedaje.
